Lounge Room

This comfortable airconditioned room is the ideal place to relax, enjoying a glass of wine or afternoon tea, especially in winter beside the open fire.

There are newspapers, magazines, board games, along with a CD and TV/DVD player and a selection of Cds and DVDs for the enjoyment of our guests.

You are invited to join your hosts and fellow guests for pre-dinner, complimentary drinks and nibbles on weekends.

Dining Room

Our guests can enjoy a leisurely, full cooked-to-order country style breakfast at a time of their choosing supplemented by the ever popular, homemade Kinross toasted muesli, fruitbread, preserves and muffins. (Any special dietary requirements can be catered for).

Also, use of a computer or internet connection point is available in this room.

Front Verandah & Garden

You can relax on the front verandah, or garden bench, and let your senses take in the front cottage garden with its array of plants and flowers, and manicured box hedges and balls.

Rear Courtyard

The attractive courtyard offers another quiet place as a retreat. The garden setting captures the morning sun and offers an alternative venue for breakfast during the warmer months.

Car Parking

Off-street car parking is available for four vehicles.
