Welcome
For almost 20 years, Kinross Guest House has continued to offer visitors to historic Beechworth, both from within Australia and from around the world, the comfort, hospitality and attentive service that we have all come to expect of a traditional bed & breakfast.
Built in 1858 at the height of the gold rush in North East Victoria (years before a young Ned Kelly arrived on the scene), Kinross began its life as the manse to the Presbyterian Church in Beechworth. The home, with its original features lovingly restored in 1988, now incorporates the modern comforts and amenities of a luxury accommodation facility - while still retaining the old world charm of bygone days.

Ideally situated one street block from the town centre, Kinross is literally ‘a stroll through the park’ to excellent restaurants, shops, galleries, museums and historic buildings.
The quiet and tranquil setting is a ‘holy grail’ for those seeking some respite, and an escape, from the ‘rush and bustle’ of everyday life.
